Your Reward
Each new patient who signs up through your referral earns you one free month of your current treatment plan — that's up to $229 in value per referral. There's no cap on how many referrals you can make.
Free months are applied to your next billing cycle once your referral's enrollment is confirmed. If you're on a 6-month paid-in-full plan, we'll credit the equivalent value toward your next renewal.
