Amelia’s journey is one of bold ambition, relentless creativity, and unwavering conviction. Raised between the rugged peaks of the Cascade Range and the high desert of Washington, she carried her untamed spirit into every facet of life—filmmaking, leadership, and family.
At just 24, she wrote and sold her first screenplay,
Teenage Cocktail (now on Netflix), while finishing her degree at Central Washington University. She then spent a decade in Los Angeles, mastering her craft and producing independent films before returning home to build a deeper legacy.
In 2023, Amelia and her husband, Jacob, co-founded Primal Mountain Medical, a company built on the principles of strength, leadership, and national renewal. As COO, she drives high-level strategy, operational excellence, and visionary leadership, ensuring the organization’s continued growth and impact.
Now based in Draper, Utah, Amelia balances family, leadership, and personal mastery, embracing challenges with the same grit that has defined her journey.

THE PRIMAL
Mountain Ethos
An optimized person lives a principled life.
They do everything they can to achieve their potential, lead their family, and perform at their best. Holding themselves to high standards, they continually pursue self-improvement—reading, learning, and minimizing distractions like social media and divisive politics. Strong enough to lead and wise enough to follow, they strive to walk a virtuous, successful path while inspiring others along the way.
They build relationships that enrich, challenge, and inspire. As a loyal friend, partner, and parent, they ensure those they care about feel safe, empowered, and fulfilled. They understand that lifelong bonds are nurtured through honesty, empathy, and love, and they lead by example to help others navigate the world.
They move their body every day, train consistently, and spend ample time outdoors while avoiding complacency. They fuel themselves with high-quality, natural foods—skipping sugar, seed oils, and processed items—and maintain a balanced intake of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates for optimal health. They stay hydrated, supplement where necessary, and regularly monitor their health to keep hormones, metabolism, and vital markers at their peak.
During downtime, they embrace restorative practices: creating a toxin-free home environment, getting plenty of sleep, and using tools like heat, cold, and meditation to remain primed for performance.
Standing at the intersection of tradition and the future, their journey is not just personal—it serves as a beacon for others. They embrace the responsibility and lean-in to the effort.
